We will need the following things from you for maximum results

First and foremost, we need an open mind, and eagerness to improve.

Second, in order to maximize our time spent with you, we need you to send us a few things so that we can review them prior to our session, which will allow us to get right to work once we get there.   This includes your pricing information, your marketing materials, and if possible a dvd with the unedited files from your last 1 or 2 weddings.  I’d rather have them un-edited so I can see how you shoot first, then we can look at PP later.  (don’t worry I’ve seen it all).  But first we need to determine where we are, then decide in which directions we need to go.

Third;  and this may seem odd, but I need you to list for me the top 7 busiest venues in your area, and tell me about your relationship with each one.  (again, if you don’t know them thats ok, just say so).  Same thing for the top 3 photographers in your area.

Last, along with the above, send us a list of your equipment you use, including photo gear and software.

That’s it, an open mind and a little background and we’ll be ready to hit the ground running when we get there!!  If you will be doing a 2 day session, we’ll add a couple things when we talk on the phone too.
